About the role
We're looking for a Unreal Engine Developer to join a collaborative team developing cutting-edge serious games, simulation environments, and training applications that support mission-critical users. You'll work alongside game designers, artists, subject matter experts, and fellow developers to bring engaging training experiences from concept to deployment.
What You'll Do:
Develop applications using Unreal Engine 4 and 5 Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, customers, and SMEs throughout the development lifecycle Contribute to application design, prototyping, implementation, and delivery Write, test, debug, and optimize C++ code Conduct peer reviews and document technical designs Follow established coding standards and development best practices Take ownership of assigned work and help deliver high-quality products in an Agile environment
Required Skills & Experience:
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED3+ years of experience developing applications with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 Strong C++ programming skills Experience using source control tools such as Git or Perforce Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Game Programming, or a related field Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Preferred Experience:
Unity or other game enginesAR/VR development platforms such as Oculus, HTC Vive, Holo Lens, ARKit, or similar technologies Experience across the full development lifecycle of training or simulation applications Additional programming experience with technologies such as Java Script, HTML, JSON, or XMLGit Hub portfolio or work samples
