Cresco Insurance Agency, in partnership with First Main Street Insurance, is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking an Account Executiveto join its team in Osage, IA.As an Account Executive, you'll maintain regular communication with clients, insurance companies, and producers to ensure accurate policy coverage and account management. This role will service an existing book of commercial and farm insurance business while maintaining client relationships and supporting coverage needs.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage and service commercial and farm insurance accounts within an assigned book of business
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely policy renewals and coverage updates
• Provide risk management services to clients with incremental growth expectations
• Generate revenue through strategic account management and client retention efforts
• Collaborate with the Account Manager and Account Specialist to deliver seamless client service

Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years commercial insurance account management or sales experience required
• Insurance industry experience required
