About the role
Planet Fitness seeks a Director, Field Operations to lead performance across a large portfolio of corporate clubs. You will coach Regional Managers, translate priorities into action, and ensure financial and member-experience excellence.
Based in the Southern PA, Delaware, NJ, or Long Island area, travel up to 100% is required to support clubs and connect with Club Support Centers in Hampton, NH and Boston, MA.
