Office Assistant Office Assistant Torrey Pines, San Diego LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join a growing team in the Torrey Pines area of San Diego. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing administrative support to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation Enter and update information in internal systems and spreadsheets Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars Prepare documents, reports, correspondence, and other office materials Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Order and maintain office supplies and ensure common areas remain organized Assist with data entry, scanning, copying, and document management Support various departments with administrative projects and day-to-day tasks Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors
Qualifications: 1+ year of office or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented. Assignment Details: Contract to hire role Onsite Located in Torrey Pines, San Diego
