Front Desk ClerkWe are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.Coordinate with other departments to address visitor needs and inquiries.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at the front desk.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Professional appearance and demeanor.This position is based in our Atlanta, GA office located in the 30354 zip code area.
