About the Role: A growing ABA therapy provider is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join its center‑based team in Warner Robins. Compensation Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) Target Earnings CS1: $94,000 CS2: $98,000 CS3: $102,000 Sr. CS‑1: $107,000 Sr. CS‑2: $115,000 What You’ll Do Provide clinical consultation and oversee treatment programming Collaborate with parents and caregivers to sustain client progress Lead and mentor team members Implement innovative ABA methods, including Relational Frame Theory (RFT) Attend trainings, conferences, and professional development opportunities Benefits Billable requirement starting at 20 hours/week Relocation reimbursement assistance $1,000 CEU & travel reimbursement + 3 paid CEU days 18 paid days off annually (including 8 holidays) 24 work‑from‑home days per year Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Mentorship and leadership coaching from ABA field leaders Qualifications Master’s degree in psychology or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Strong competency in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques Experience leading and managing direct care clinical team members
