About the Opportunity: NRI Staffing is seeking detail-oriented candidates to support our client’s work with Medicaid programs. This entry-level opportunity involves entering and maintaining confidential information, supporting project needs, and learning new systems and procedures. Responsibilities vary by assignment, so we’re looking for someone who learns quickly, stays organized, and produces accurate work with minimal supervision. Candidates with a college degree or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases. Review information for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies that need attention. Handle confidential records with care and discretion. Follow project-specific procedures and adapt to new assignments, processes, and systems. Manage daily tasks independently while meeting established deadlines. Communicate with supervisors and team members about questions, progress, and project needs.
What We’re Looking For: Current Washington, DC residency is required. Excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn new information quickly and apply training independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Dependability and the ability to stay productive in a remote setting. Comfort using computers, entering information, and navigating different systems. Professional judgment when working with sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications: A college degree. Previous healthcare experience or familiarity with Medicaid programs. Experience with data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
