UNFI seeks a Compensation Program Manager to partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders in designing, administering, and governing enterprise compensation programs, including incentive plans and merit planning. This role also handles compensation compliance, PMO, communications, and training. Responsibilities include overseeing annual merit cycles, analytics, and governance; coordinating with payroll, IT, and HR; delivering executive updates and dashboards; and driving continuous improvement
