About the role
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the contract Renewals Manager will oversee the full contract renewal process, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely renewals in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the contract renewal process, including managing the pipeline and preparing quotes
Maintain a 120-day rolling forecast and ensure Salesforce records are accurate and up to date
Communicate with partners and customers to resolve issues and guide them through the renewal process
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in renewals, customer support, inside sales, or a similar role, ideally within a tech or SaaS company
Familiarity with B2B sales and renewals, along with a basic understanding of sales operations
Experience using CRM or quoting tools is a significant plus
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to raise concerns as needed
Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
