Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator FuntoNetwork is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator for the RFP-associated opportunity CATS IV Streetcar Truck Overhauls. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below. Project Status: Green - Open - Apply by October 20, 2026
Core Responsibilities: Deliver the Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator workstream for the professional staff development engagement. Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams. Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring: Demonstrated experience performing Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments. Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria. Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline. Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
