Role Overview: What You'll Be DoingWheels Up is looking for a world-class Aircraft Parts Coordinator in West Palm Beach, FL to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.
Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • (Essential Functions)
  • Responsible for purchasing aircraft parts, components, and materials to support Wheels Up Private Jet's operation, to include AOG, routine stocking and fleet provisioning.
  • Perform receiving inspections of incoming inventory in accordance with company General Maintenance Manual.
  • Maintain the parts storage areas, shipping/receiving areas, and company tools in an orderly fashion. Ensure parts and tools are appropriately tagged, stored, and segregated accordingly.
  • Responsible for expediting, shipping, and tracking of parts/materials shipments.
  • Identify, classify, and handle all hazardous material shipments in accordance with Company procedures and CFR regulations.
  • File warranty claims for programs as needed.
  • Update and maintain inventory tracking program. TotalFBO, CAMP and/or Corridor experience preferred.
  • Responsible to monitor and track exchange cores and promptly return to vendor.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Materials Supervisor, or higher authority.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification RequirementsWe're looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do: High school diploma, or GED.Customer service focused mindset. Effective verbal, and written communication skills required. Proven negotiation, analytical and project/program management skills required. Must be willing to work in an environment that is subject to changing climate conditions and moderate noise levels. Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate company vehicles on-site and rental cars while traveling as needed.

  • Excellent computer skills. To include Microsoft Suite.
  • Forklift experience, and qualifications preferred.1+ years' industry experience preferred.

  • Must be able to lift 70lbs and bend, stand, and squat for extended periods of time.

What We Offer: Salary Range & Benefits At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role ranges from $25.00/Hr. to $28.00/Hr., depending on a variety of factors. We don't typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table.
