This role provides day-to-day operational, administrative, and sales support for DMA’s alliance programs, including partner communications, activity tracking, event coordination, reporting, and follow-up on joint sales and go-to-market initiatives. Working closely with DMA’s tax consulting, technology and compliance teams, marketing, and business leaders, this position will help support and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities within a designated market or region while developing the skills, business acumen, and relationship management capabilities needed for continued career growth. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Nurture partner relationships through regular communication, sales support, and co-branded marketing initiatives (as appropriate). Track partner activities, opportunities, and ROI for initiatives; maintain dashboards and reports. Assist leadership with reporting activities (pipeline, sourced/influenced revenue, campaign outcomes). Promote internal alignment and collaboration with alliance partners and DMA business development teams. Maintain partner files, agreements, billing, and revenue-share documentation per agreements. Respond to alliance-related inquiries and assist with project communications to stakeholders. Support trade shows, partner events, and conferences (planning, logistics, and onsite assistance). Education And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or sales support experience preferred). Strong interest in a partner-facing business development career. Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication; proactive follow-up. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams; basic Excel). Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot) preferred; willing to learn. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
