About the role
Financial Liaison To serve as a financial liaison to internal and external business partners (e.g. clients, carriers, IT, client services, etc.); to provide support by assisting stakeholders and management with research, analysis, resolution, questions and concerns. Maintains and analyzes accounts and financial data to ensure accounts and variances are accurately stated; and conducts timely reconciliations. Performs root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintains effective and productive relationships with both internal and external business partners. Handles incoming requests and communicates status/resolution to requestor and relevant stakeholders. Serves as a financial liaison responsible for receivable and relationship management; partners with internal and external business partners. Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s).
Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience:
Four (4) years of experience in the accounting field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Skills & Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. Leadership/management/motivational skills. Analytical and interpretive skills. Strong organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
