This role is responsible for managing daily office operations, including organizing files and records, handling incoming calls and emails, and coordinating correspondence and communications. The Office Administrator will support administrative processes such as data entry, order processing, and document preparation, while ensuring office supplies and equipment are maintained. This position also involves assisting internal teams, providing customer support for basic inquiries, and contributing to a professional and efficient office environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily workflows and support multiple stakeholders.Candidates should possess experience working with Office Equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and basic office technology tools.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with colleagues, vendors, and customers in a clear and courteous manner.Candidates should possess general organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in business, administration, or related fields is beneficial.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email applications); experience with basic data entry systems is a plus.Ability to work on-site in Hayward, CA, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a reliable and consistent work schedule.Prior experience in a distribution, logistics, or food service environment is helpful but not required; interest in Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
