About the role
Leading investigations into potential violations of law or company policy, the full-time Lead Compliance Investigator will conduct thorough inquiries, collaborate with various stakeholders, and provide regular updates on case statuses in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage investigations related to policy concerns raised through reporting channels
Conduct interviews, risk assessments, documentation reviews, and evidence gathering for thorough investigations
Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and present findings to senior leadership and key business stakeholders
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Solid experience in compliance, legal, investigations, audit, or a related field
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with integrity
Proven capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
