Job Description: A-1 Mastectomy Care, Inc. is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking female candidate to join our team in a meaningful role focused on patient care, comfort, and confidence. No certification? We provide full training and pay for your mastectomy fitter certification!
Responsibilities: Perform breast prosthesis and post-mastectomy bra fittings. Provide compassionate, respectful support to patients. Educate patients on product use and care. Coordinate patient referrals and assist with referral-related communication. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. Collaborate with healthcare providers and our team to support a smooth patient experience.
Requirements: Female candidate, to support patient privacy and comfort during fittings. Fluent in English and Spanish. Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willing to complete company-paid training and certification.
