Hands-On Manufacturing JobWe are a trusted recruiting partner in the construction industry to several companies in the Midwest. Not only do you need to be able to learn new skills, but you will need to retain and apply the previous knowledge acquired. This is a hands-on job!
Duties: Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembling and fabricating components as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment to promote workplace safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes.
Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Lift heavy materials as required by the job duties. Other duties as need and delegated by management. Organized, positive work ethic, technical and communication skills. The successful candidates will be capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting strict deadlines with effective time management and have the most important ability availability. Solid work history. Ability to drive to work, have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license: Cedar Rapids, IA 52409 (Required).
