Program Manager, Growth Initiative (Remote) Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year growth and transformation initiative with a leading technology organization. The program spans multiple business areas and interconnected workstreams, requiring strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management across a complex, matrixed environment. The Program Manager will help drive program planning, execution, cross-functional coordination, and overall progress across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organized, collaborative, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams, manage competing priorities, identify dependencies and risks, and keep work moving forward.
Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of a large, multi-year growth and transformation program across multiple workstreams. Coordinate activities, priorities, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams and workstream leads. Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, deliverables, and key activities across assigned workstreams. Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and workstream leads across the organization. Facilitate program meetings and working sessions, ensuring clear agendas, follow-up, action items, and accountability. Track program and workstream progress and provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate priorities and activities across multiple workstreams to maintain alignment with broader program objectives. Maintain organized and accurate program documentation, status reporting, and supporting materials. Help establish and maintain consistent processes, communication, and operating rhythms across the program. Anticipate needs, follow up on open items, and proactively drive actions to keep workstreams moving forward. Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role supporting complex enterprise initiatives. Experience coordinating cross-functional programs or multiple interconnected workstreams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both working teams and leadership. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively drive work forward. Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and workstream leads. Experience with Asana, Workfront, or similar project/program management platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Channel or Distribution programs. Experience working on growth, transformation, or large-scale strategic initiatives. Hourly Rate: $60–62/hour, W2 Consultant
