About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking an experienced psychiatrist to lead interventional psychiatry strategy, including TMS, esketamine/ketamine, and psychedelic-assisted therapies. The role focuses on evidence-based program development, safety standards, and scalable outcomes across markets. You will partner with Medical Leadership and Compliance to align protocols with FDA/DEA guidance, drive training, and advance enterprise priorities in interventional therapeutics.
