About the role
BluSky seeks an experienced Employee Relations & Ethics Partner to own workplace investigations across our national footprint. You will lead investigations from intake to written findings, partnering with HR, operations, and Legal while working both remotely and on-site at branch, warehouse, and active project locations. The role covers ethics, policy violations, and harassment/ discrimination cases, with a focus on defensible conclusions and practical recommendations.
