About the role

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Production Sr Lead to oversee production personnel, processes, and performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. You will supervise up to 120 employees, ensure policy compliance, and drive lean manufacturing improvements across the line. The role requires strong leadership, timekeeping oversight, and the ability to coordinate training and scheduling to meet production targets while maintaining equipment and process standards.
