Requirements: 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred Experience with multiple phone lines (*Call center experience highly important) Experience in a healthcare setting utilizing computer programs. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Meditech, EPIC, and/or other healthcare related programs Experience with medical terminology Experience with multifunctional devices for copying, scanning, and faxing Knowledge of call queue, medical supplies and pharmacy delivery scheduling H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Preferred: -Retail pharmacy experience -Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred -Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience -Associate's Degree Client Details Address3020 Children's WayCitySan DiegoStateCAZip Code92123Unit Details Unit Description This position is responsible for administrative & clerical support of the homecare pharmacy department. These functions include oversight of the fax queue, faxing, & scanning; maintaining records of daily home visits, scheduling, confirming clinical information; generating reports as required, processing charges, & filing documents appropriately.
