Greensboro, NC$ 18.00/hr 1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM2-2-3 Schedule (Every Other Weekend)Temp-to-HireJob OverviewAdecco is hiring Rewind Operators for a leading packaging manufacturer in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment. The Rewind Operator is responsible for operating a rewinder machine that converts large rolls into smaller finished rolls while inspecting labels for quality and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor rewinder machinery safely and efficiently Inspect labels and finished products for quality issues and defects Set up equipment according to job specifications Complete required production and quality documentation Verify customer specifications and ensure accuracy before shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and GMP requirements Enter production information into company systems Assist with other production duties as neededQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDAt least 6 months of manufacturing experience Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:Quality inspection experience Pharmaceutical, printing, packaging, or label production experience Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
