About the role
Training Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment is in search of a Training Administrative Assistant to support the coordination and day-to-day administration of employee training programs for a company in Mesa. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple schedules and priorities. This role is Monday-Friday, fully onsite, paying $24/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions
- Manage multiple calendars and training logistics
- Maintain and update training documentation
- Communicate training schedules and details to employees and internal teams
- Provide general administrative support related to training programs
- Track training information and ensure records remain accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or coordination experience is a must!!Experience facilitating or creating training and training related materials is a huge plus!
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to work fully onsite in Mesa, MondayFriday
