You will engage in regular virtual meetings that foster teamwork and discuss strategies for enhancing client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.Provide individualized therapy, along with family and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on client-specific goals and interventions.Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and relevant professionals to ensure integrated and cohesive care for all clients.Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments, ensuring client safety and effective response during emergencies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to track client progress.Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and shared healing.Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing individuals, couples, and families experiencing mental health difficulties.
