DARPA SETA, Secret ClearanceArlington, VAOverview:We are seeking dynamic and mission-driven professionals to join our team as SETA Support Specialists for DARPA programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, supporting cutting-edge research and development initiatives that shape national security and technological advancement.As a SETA, you will provide critical support to DARPA Program Managers (PMs) across a range of technical and operational domains. This position is ideal for individuals with diverse backgroundsincluding engineering, cybersecurity, program management, finance, and administrative supportwho thrive in fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environments.Key Responsibilities may include:Provide day-to-day support to DARPA PMs in planning, executing, and managing advanced R&D programsAssist in the development and review of technical proposals, white papers, and program documentationCoordinate and facilitate program meetings, briefings, and technical interchange eventsSupport front office operations, including correspondence, and stakeholder engagementTrack program budgets, funding allocations, and contract deliverablesConduct market research and technology assessments to inform program strategyLiaise with performers, government stakeholders, and contracting officersPrepare reports, presentations, and decision-support materials for senior leadershipEnsure compliance with DARPA policies, security protocols, and acquisition regulationsQualifications:Required:Experience supporting DARPASecret Security Clearance (TS/SCI preferred)Bachelor's degreeStrong organizational, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a high-tempo environmentPreferred:Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, BAA lifecycle, and program executionSalary range for the position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
