⚙️ What You Will Do:
Commission and start up new filling and capping systems at customer sitesDevelop, modify, and deploy PLC and motion control software on Allen-Bradley platformsTroubleshoot control systems both remotely and on-siteSupport shop builds and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Run functional and risk analyses with design teams and document the workTrain customer and internal personnel on new automation functions✅ What You NeedHands-on PLC and motion control programming, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 / ControlLogix (Siemens a strong plus) Skilled in Structured Text, Ladder Logic, and Function Block programmingExperience troubleshooting industrial controls: VFDs, HMIs, SCADA, instrumentation, 480VAC equipmentBS in Electrical Engineering OR 2-5 years on filling, packaging, or OEM machineryComfortable traveling up to 50%, sometimes on short noticeStrong written and verbal communication for documentation, collaboration, and training (English required)
