About the role
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment.· Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping materials according to project specifications.· Support the installation of water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems.· Learn to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and construction layouts.· Organize tools, materials, and work areas to maintain safe and productive job sites.· Load, transport, and stage materials for daily construction activities.· Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.· Participate in daily hands-on training while developing plumbing skills.
- Currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or accredited trade school (required).· Passion for building a long-term career in commercial plumbing.· Ability to work well in a team-oriented construction environment.· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers.· Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.· Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing throughout the workday.· Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms.· Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions.
