About the role
The Alchemist Lounge in Indianapolis is looking for talented craft bartenders and mixologists with previous professional bartending experience to join our team. Prior bartending experience is required. Were looking for people who understand that great bartending is more than pouring drinks. You should have experience working behind a bar, providing excellent hospitality, handling busy service, and creating consistently high-quality cocktails. What were looking for: Previous professional bartending experienceREQUIRED Experience making craft and classic cocktails Strong knowledge of spirits, ingredients, and proper bartending techniques Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy service Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Availability for evenings and weekends Creativity and mixology experience are a major plus The Alchemist is a cocktail-forward lounge focused on creative drinks, atmosphere, hospitality, live events, and memorable guest experiences.
