About the role
WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our multidisciplinary team in an Adult Inpatient role. The position offers a calming and idyllic environment with ample workspace and therapeutic units, focusing on the developmental treatment and well-being of patients. The role provides ongoing educational opportunities, including weekly virtual grand rounds, to foster professional growth and learning.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive inpatient care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on patient well-being.
Participate in ongoing educational programs and virtual grand rounds.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Must be Board Certified (BC).Connecticut (CT) medical license required.
