About the role
Innovate With Us and Make a Difference! Sir Grout is hiring enthusiastic individuals that want to join an exciting franchise company whose brand is already highly regarded. This is a great opportunity for someone to join our team as a sales representative and help to promote the brand.
Sir Grout provides grout and tile restoration, stone restoration, wood floor restoration, and slip-resistant applications to residential and commercial markets. We train our Sales Representatives on our suite of services (restore tile and grout, natural stone surfaces like marble, granite, slate, and travertine, as well as hardwood), to like new or better than new conditions. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in dealing with the home consumer market and in particular in home sales.
Compensation:
$750.00 - $900.00 per week
From two business partners with a vision to franchise locations across the United States, Sir Grout is a distinctive hard surface care brand that leads the industry, one grout coloring appointment at a time. Our tight-knit community of founders, franchise owners, and technicians has spread across the east coast and into several midwestern states to continue connecting with customers everywhere. We've even expanded our franchise to include other hard surface services that keep our franchise owners' days rewardingly full and our customers impressed with the results.
If you are into hard surface restoration and care about customer satisfaction, this is the perfect place for you.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
