About the role
Reneris has partnered with Syufy Enterprises. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and under budget. Ability and willingness to travel extensively and spend time on site is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of the construction process, including site supervision and subcontractor coordination Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects. Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables. Monitor progress and provide reports on project status to the stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Bachelor's Degree preferred
