About the role
To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will manage a high volume of inbound leads, engage with prospective patients by phone to schedule consultations, and utilize persuasive communication to motivate patients toward their dental health journey in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm attendance for free in-office consultations with prospective patients
Handle and follow up on a high volume of inbound lead forms to generate productive conversations
Utilize effective communication skills to inspire patients to take the next step in their dental health journeyRequired qualifications: Prior direct B2C sales experience, particularly in door-to-door, phone, or in-person sales
Basic tech literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High confidence in oneself and the services offered
Integrity and dedication to providing an exceptional patient experience
