About the role
Field Technician - East Coast We're seeking a Field Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support onboard technology systems for transit agencies nationwide. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem solving, customer interaction, and extensive travel. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of technical experience, preferably working with heavy duty vehicles, electronics, or related systems. Install and configure onboard hardware and electronic systems Troubleshoot and repair field equipment Conduct site surveys and vehicle assessments Document installation activities and project status Work directly with customers during deployments Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to resolve issues 1-3 years of technical experience Experience with electronics, vehicle systems, or low-voltage wiring preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to travel 80-90% nationwide$23.00 - $27.00 per hour plus 8% bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision coverage.3 weeks of Paid Time Off.
