Pay Rate: $24.65/hrShift: B - ShiftSchedule: Monday Thursday Pay: $23.65/hour PLUS SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR SOME SHIFTS
Essential Responsibilities: Operate and set up press brake and fabrication equipment (Amada, Salvagnini, manual machines) Read and interpret blueprints, material gauges, and tolerancesAdjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and maintain program files and toolingPerform quality checks (first/last piece, measurements, and defect inspection) Verify materials, remove burrs/coatings, and move parts to next workstationsMaintain inventory accuracy, complete documentation, and follow SOPsCommunicate effectively with team and report issues to leadershipMaintain a clean, safe work environment and support continuous improvement initiativesQualifications & Skills:1-4 years of press brake or fabrication experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measure, etc.)Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to operate fabrication equipment and basic computer systemsSelf-motivated team player with strong communication skillsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPhysical & Additional Requirements: Ability to stand 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to operate forklifts/order pickers (preferred) Experience with shipping systems or MRP/QAD a plusMust follow all PPE and safety requirementsAssociate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Departments Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov
