About the role
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a highly detailed Product Development Color Production Manager to support all color cosmetic production across complexion, lip, cheek, and eye categories. Location is Los Angeles with a hybrid model, reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Development (Color).
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in color cosmetics, color formulation and shading, batch evaluation, and manufacturing oversight to ensure products meet approved standards and quality expectations.
