About the role

Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation Our client is seeking a hands-on B2B growth marketing leader to turn strategy into qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll set the growth agenda, own performance across the funnel, and lead a lean team of two managers—while staying close to the work and personally driving critical programs. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and external agencies to build a measurable, repeatable engine for growth. What you’ll own: Translate revenue and market-share goals into growth plans, budgets, and clear targets for opportunities, pipeline, cost per opportunity, conversion, and marketing-driven revenue. Lead paid search, social, and display programs, using performance data to improve audience strategy, spend, and lead quality. Grow organic, local, and AI search visibility through SEO and emerging answer-engine strategies; connect that work to content, PR, paid media, and web experience. Own website performance, landing pages, and conversion-rate optimization—including a planned website redesign—with a focus on turning more of the right visitors into qualified opportunities. Build account-based marketing, lifecycle, and nurture programs with Sales and Revenue Operations, aligned to how customers buy and how the sales team works. Establish clear growth reporting and use attribution and funnel insights to guide decisions and demonstrate return on marketing investment. Shape practical AI and automation pilots, such as paid-search optimization, search-visibility monitoring, and reporting. Set goals and guardrails, keep people involved where it matters, and scale what delivers results. Coach and develop two marketing managers, manage a focused mix of agency partners, and balance team leadership with hands-on execution.
What you’ll bring: 8+ years of progressive B2B demand generation, performance marketing, and growth strategy experience, including 3+ years leading people or agencies. Strong, hands-on command of paid search and social, SEO, conversion optimization, account-based marketing, and lifecycle programs. Experience connecting marketing activity to qualified pipeline and revenue, with sound judgment around measurement, attribution, and data quality. Practical experience using AI and automation in marketing; agentic workflow experience is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform, and Google Analytics 4.A collaborative, analytical approach and the ability to make progress in an evolving environment. Experience in multi-location, field-sales, or B2B services businesses is preferred.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
