Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive starting salary of $385,000 with steady annual increases; earnings may reach $480,000 over time
Total Bonus Incentive near $500K: Sign-on of $220,000 & up to $250K for housingPSLF eligibility Loan Forgiveness
Up to $250,000 in housing assistance with interest fully paid for 10 years
