About the role
ADP is seeking a Principal Client Success Executive for Lyric HCM to manage a book of large, complex global client accounts and drive outcomes across the client journey.
In this role, you will partner with Product, Implementation, and Project Managers to define and implement Launch Readiness, align with client stakeholders, and execute success plans that maximize product adoption and value. Travel is required for enterprise engagements.
