Thermoforming PET - Avondale, AZ 85323 Overview Salary Range $15.86 Level Entry Position Type Full Time Job Shift AM SHIFT Category Warehouse Description The Thermoforming Machine Operator is responsible for operating machinery that transforms recycled plastic into sustainable egg cartons. This role includes setting up, monitoring, and maintaining the thermoforming machine, building and stacking pallets, and ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting Hickman's sustainability initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification. Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment preferred. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift or more. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as the facility operates 24/7. Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
