Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in New York, NY. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. They will develop tailored sales strategies, gather client insights, and act as a liaison to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsProven track record in sales, negotiation, and closing dealsStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectivelyAbility to analyze client needs and devise innovative sales strategiesProficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools; experience with eSignature platforms is a plusPrior experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate transactions is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceSelf-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets and goals
