Oversee IP addressing, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and QoS to ensure seamless connectivity. Enhance network reliability and uptime by monitoring performance, resolving technical issues, and supporting disaster recovery. Foster cross-functional partnerships with engineering, manufacturing, IT, and security departments. Drive operational efficiency by supporting automation initiatives through DevOps practices, Infrastructure-as-Code, and PowerShell.
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. Five or more years of professional experience in industrial and enterprise networking. Demonstrated proficiency in Cisco networking technologies. Proven background working within factory, manufacturing, or OT settings. Comprehensive understanding of IT/OT integration, LAN/WAN, network security, switching, routing, and VPNs. At least two years of hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting. Minimum of one year of experience utilizing Service Now or similar platforms. Strong capabilities in technical communication, documentation, and complex troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications: CCNA certification or an equivalent professional credential. Experience working with Palo Alto, Arista, or Dell technologies. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing, industrial protocols, MES, and SCADA. Experience with cybersecurity best practices, DMZ architectures, Tanium, Chef, and backup/recovery systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Deep expertise in industrial and Cisco networking. Proven track record of supporting OT and manufacturing environments. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities. A proactive approach to root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Strong interest in cybersecurity, automation, and advanced manufacturing systems.
Why You Should Join Us: This role places you at the forefront of a major manufacturing transformation. You will contribute to the support of next-generation factory networking, AI-driven semiconductor production, and industrial automation while collaborating with top-tier technology and engineering teams. What You Can Expect Competitive hourly rate of $72/hr. Direct involvement in advanced semiconductor manufacturing operations. Exposure to state-of-the-art automation and AI technologies. A high-impact position centered on IT/OT convergence. Engagement with modern industrial and enterprise Cisco networks. Opportunities for leadership and technical professional development. A collaborative culture working alongside cybersecurity, operations, and engineering teams. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
