About the role

Ground Up Project ManagersSeeking Ground Up Project Managers in the NYC area for immediate hire. Required experience: minimum 10 years experience in Ground Up NYC Construction Management, minimum 2 ground up projects from start to finish, project experience on mid to high rise projects (15 to 40 stories plus), project managers must be degreed, exposure to or willingness to work in open shop / non-union environment. Must provide complete resume as well as project list. References will be required during the interview process. Strong comp & benefits package salary commensurate with experience.
