About the role
Leading the end-to-end billing function for a complex B2B telecommunications business, the full-time Head of ETP, Voltron Platform will manage billing strategy, execution, and transformation, particularly focusing on the Zuora Billing platform while working remotely within the continental United States.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and delivery for diverse products
Act as the senior business owner for Zuora Billing, overseeing platform governance, configuration, and operational performance
Lead cross-functional improvements in the quote-to-cash process, enhancing billing readiness and reducing revenue leakageRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience in billing, finance operations, or subscription management
At least five (5) years of leadership experience managing billing teams in a high-volume environment
Significant hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and complex B2B customer contracts
Strong understanding of billing controls, reconciliations, and financial close processes
