Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying their recovery needs and developing personalized treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals. Utilize various treatment modalities including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced rehabilitation technologies to aid in patients' recovery. Continuously document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on reevaluations and patient feedback to ensure each individual is on the path to success. Train patients, their families, and caregivers on assistive devices and therapeutic modalities, providing education that enhances self-management and mobility. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Maintain professional development through educational workshops, peer networking, and engagement with professional organizations to stay current with the latest in physical therapy practices. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will be working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic illnesses. Your treatment will cater to varying age groups, from pediatric to geriatric populations, requiring you to implement tailored interventions that align with their unique needs and capabilities.

Qualifications: A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required. Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) through the Physical Therapy Examining Committee. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, specifically with an orthopedic focus. Current CPR certification to ensure safety in patient care.

Preferred Experience: Experience with outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, particularly in rehabilitation centers. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for record-keeping and treatment documentation. Previous experience in mentoring new graduates is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
