About the Role:
The Company is in search of a VP, Commercial for the Texas Area within the Corrugated Division. The successful candidate will be a strategic, customer-focused leader with a proven track record in driving profitable growth. This role is pivotal in developing and executing the commercial strategy for the Texas Area, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team to meet and exceed sales and margin targets. The VP will be responsible for instilling a customer-focused culture, value selling approach, and pricing excellence, and will work closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless and efficient commercial process. To excel in this position, candidates must be strategic thinkers with a proactive approach to problem-solving, possess strong leadership skills in commercial strategies, and have a background in B2B sales within a manufacturing or service industry. The role requires a leader with the ability to drive results, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively across departments. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with 5-10 years of B2B sales experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role with a focus on sales execution and pipeline management.
