About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Associate to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, scheduling, communication, data organization, and general office coordination while maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team. Organize and maintain digital and physical records. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal activities. Prepare, format, and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Respond to routine emails, phone calls, and internal inquiries. Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems. Coordinate office supplies and routine administrative requests. Assist with correspondence, filing, and document tracking. Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks. Help maintain organized office procedures and workflows. Protect confidential business information and follow company policies. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional and dependable approach to work.
