About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Life Science to play a pivotal role in expanding its market presence within the target market of regional and national health plans. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving new sales, generating pipeline, and achieving sales goals by developing and executing strategies that resonate with the complex nature of healthcare enterprise sales. This includes uncovering new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and building a strong brand in the market. The role demands a strategic and creative approach, with a focus on consultative selling and acting as a value-added partner. The VP of Sales will be expected to travel 25-50% of the time and must be adept at cultivating relationships with key executive decision-makers to drive deals to a successful close. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant sales experience, with a preference for those who have worked in earlier-stage virtual/digital health companies or as clinicians with life science organizations. The role requires a proven track record in fostering collaborative relationships across various account functions, experience in selling AI/ML solutions, and a strong understanding of healthcare economics and trends. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, possess excellent project management and communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers, and the ability to flex between virtual and in-person sales calls are essential. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and ZoomInfo is preferred. Hiring Manager TitleChief Growth Officer FunctionsSales/Revenue
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
