Paid Training | Upside Commission | Career Advancement Join Our Sales TeamThe National HS Printing Association is looking for outgoing, motivated people to join our Fort Worth sales team. You'll call businesses nationwide and offer opportunities to support local high school programs through community sponsorships. This is a true outbound telephone sales position. Sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide paid training, a proven sales process, and ongoing coaching. Opportunity for Advancement Successful Sales Representatives can advance into our Account Manager role, managing established sponsor relationships and generating recurring business. Top-performing Account Managers can earn approximately $130,000 per year. Advancement is based on performance and business needs.

Compensation: $45,000 - $68,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to businesses throughout the United States on behalf of local high school projects.* Reach business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.* Present local high school sponsorship opportunities using our established sales process.* Build rapport with prospective sponsors and clearly explain the program.* Answer questions and overcome objections.* Confidently ask for and close the sale over the phone.* Maintain strong, consistent daily call activity.* Accurately document calls, sales, and follow-up activity.* Work toward individual and team sales goals.* Participate in ongoing sales coaching, training, and team activities.

Qualifications:
