Entry Level Sales Leadership Trainee

Pay: $18–$21/hour + commissions and performance bonuses

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Responsibilities: Speak directly with customers and identify their needs Present products, services, promotions, and available options Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information Assist customers throughout the sales process Work toward individual and team sales goals Maintain a professional customer experience Track sales activity and communicate results with the team Work closely with team members to meet performance goals Take on team leadership responsibilities as experience grows
